What forms of payment does Innovations Designer Home Décor & Accent Furniture accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We use a secure website for order processing, and all credit card information is encrypted.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
We send out a confirmation email immediately upon order placement, generally within 5 minutes. This email is an acknowledgement of your order and includes the details of your purchase along with an order number to assist us when discussing your order in the future. You may also see your order information by clicking on “Your Account”.

What shipping options are available?
Our products are shipped via UPS, FedEx or in some cases by common carrier truck. You will receive a tracking number so that you can track your shipment.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Innovations Designer Home Décor & Accent Furniture is required to charge sales tax on all orders delivered to addresses in California. Orders shipped outside of California are never charged sales tax, and it is up to you to determine if you might otherwise be subject to a state or local tax in your area.
Where does the merchandise ship from?
Our offices are located in Valencia, California. However, most merchandise ordered online is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
Can orders be shipped outside the United States?
We are currently shipping to the continental US only.
Is my credit card information secure?
Our website uses secure server technologies and internet encryption to ensure that all aspects of your order are completely protected.
When will I receive my order?
Most products are shipped to you within one week after you place your order. You will then need to allow a few more days for delivery of the products to your home. If you order a product that is on backorder, we will notify you of the expected shipping date.
What if I receive incorrect or damaged merchandise?

When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. A credit card bank authorization is obtained upon placement of your order.
Can I see the merchandise in person?
All of our items are special orders and can only be viewed online. Please rest assured that our designer personally selects all pieces before placing them on our site, and all of the pieces have passed her scrutiny for design, value, and quality.
